Returns & Exchanges

 

All items are custom-printed to order. Due to the nature of these products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for change of mind or errors in the shipping address provided at checkout.

 

Damages & Issues

 

Orders should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If an item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, notification must be sent within 14 days of delivery. Please include a photograph of the product and the original packaging so that a replacement can be processed at no additional cost.

 

Lost Packages

 

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Once a claim is verified by the printing partner, a replacement will be issued.
